The Resident Solutions Architect at Fivetran is responsible for supporting enterprise customers with implementation, troubleshooting, and best practices for dbt and data platform integrations. Responsibilities

The Resident Solutions Architect will manage customer technical projects, including implementation, configuration, and best practice guidance for dbt Platform Enterprise customers. They will also collaborate with internal teams to provide product feedback and ensure successful adoption of dbt solutions.

Architectural design Customer-facing communication Data integration Data platform expertise (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) dbt platform Project management Python Solutioning MVPs and long-term solutions SQL Troubleshooting

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with dbt and deep expertise in at least one major data platform like Snowflake or Databricks. Proficiency in SQL and some Python experience are required, along with a background in customer-facing technical or consulting roles.
