Job summary

Registered Nurse providing specialized oncology inpatient care, coordinating nursing processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Assess acutely ill patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate and delegate nursing care, and evaluate and document patient outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other care team members, and use evidence-based practice to guide clinical decisions.

Qualifications

ACLS Assessment Basic Life Support Care planning Collaboration Evidence-based practice Nursing PALS/ENPC & TNCC Patient interaction Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an active Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license, Basic Life Support, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate. Experience in the specific clinical area is preferred; additional emergency or pediatric certifications apply only to the listed departments.
