Job summary

The Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) at Databricks is responsible for guiding clients on customer data and marketing projects, including architecture, implementation, and adoption of the Customer Lake platform, with the goal of driving customer engagement and growth. The role involves technical leadership, stakeholder management, executing demos and POCs, and influencing product development.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers through the implementation of Customer Lake, including architectural design, data engineering, and agent deployment. Collaborate with GTM leadership to drive product adoption and serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and data engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

AI/ML Audience Activation Cloud Computing Customer Data Platforms Customer Engagement Data Engineering Identity Resolution Marketing Analytics Python SQL

Requires 5+ years in a customer-facing or consulting role with at least 2 years of experience in modern data estate, CDP, and Lakehouse architectures. Candidates must be proficient in SQL, Python, and AI-assisted programming, with a degree in a technical field.
