Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and possess 7-10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and ERP systems is required, with professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
