Job summary

Verizon Wireless Zone Sales Associate builds business by providing attentive, helpful, and friendly service, selling and servicing Verizon wireless plans and products, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining current training on products and policies.

Responsibilities

You will build business and expand the store's reputation by providing helpful service to retain Verizon Wireless customers. Additionally, you will sell wireless plans, troubleshoot product issues, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services.

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish Computer proficiency Customer Service Sales

Candidates must have sales or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with computer programs and availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
