Responsibilities

The Fitness Manager is responsible for overseeing all fitness product delivery, including personal training and group exercise, to drive member engagement and commercial performance. They will lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring industry-leading standards and exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

Communication Customer Service Event Planning Industry Knowledge Leadership Physical Fitness Team Management Training

Candidates must possess a REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent qualification. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage club operations and staff effectively.
