Job summary

A remote-based Resourcing Advisor supporting high volume recruitment for depot roles including HGV Drivers and Warehouse Operatives. Responsible for advertising, screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering excellent candidate experience. Must manage workload efficiently and maintain accurate records in ATS system.

Responsibilities

You will manage high-volume recruitment for supply chain and operations roles, ensuring efficient candidate pipeline progression and effective stakeholder communication. Additionally, you will coordinate interview processes and support the onboarding phase while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

ATS Communication Customer Service Microsoft Office Organization Recruitment Screening

The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative and organizational skills with experience in ATS or HR systems. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hold a full driving license with access to your own transport for occasional site visits.
