Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. They perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and collaborate with production teams to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 1-4 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with technical school or associate degree preferred.
