The Director of Accounting Operations will lead and scale the company's core accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and financial close processes. This role involves strengthening internal controls, driving ERP system improvements, and managing relationships with auditors and global finance partners.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations or controllership within high-growth or multinational environments. A strong foundation in US GAAP and experience with ERP transformations are required, with a CPA and product-based industry experience strongly preferred.
