Job summary

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork. You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily shift operations and ensuring the team maintains high service standards. They act as a deputy for the management team, resolving issues and ensuring the bar environment remains safe and clean.

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to think on their feet, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure safety and compliance with allergen protocols.
