Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to ensure the health and performance of testing pipelines for autonomous vehicle platforms. The role involves building and debugging testing infrastructure, executing tests, collaborating across teams, and maintaining high standards for safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

The Systems Test Engineer will ensure release-critical tests execute on time and maintain the health of testing pipelines. They will also debug pipeline failures and collaborate with Simulation and SRE teams to prevent future issues.

Qualifications

Automation Frameworks Autonomous Vehicles Coding/Scripting Communication Debugging Pipeline Development Robotics Software SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Test Automation Test Infrastructure

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of experience in SRE, QA, or software development. Strong debugging and coding skills are required, with a preference for experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
