Job summary

The role involves supporting pre-sales and post-sales technical support for the security software company Keeper Security in the EMEA region. Responsibilities

The Bilingual Channel Sales Engineer will provide and manage pre-sales technical support for Keeper products for Channel partners in EMEA, working closely with the Channel Account Management team to develop partner technical capability and drive revenue. Responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations, addressing technical questions during the sales process, and acting as a technical advisor to partners.

Qualifications

Active Directory cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) communication skills networking pre-sales support problem-solving product demonstrations security applications technical presentations Unix/Linux

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role and be natively French with fluent English, both verbal and written, while permanently residing in Ireland. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with strong experience in Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
