Job summary

A Strategic Projects Lead at Scale's Generative AI business leading impactful cross-functional initiatives to drive significant revenue, requiring entrepreneurial mindset, technical skills in data analytics, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Projects Lead will drive significant new revenue by leading cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams within the Generative AI business unit. This role includes partnering with product and engineering to enhance offerings for strategic customers and owning the execution of data labeling operations.

Qualifications

Cross-functional Leadership Data Analytics Entrepreneurship Problem Solving Product Development Project Management Python SQL Stakeholder Management

Candidates must possess a strong technical background, ideally with a Computer Science degree, and demonstrate the ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python. Required experience includes at least two years leading a team, developing processes, or working as a Software Engineer, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
