Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner and coach to senior technical leaders and executives within Product and Engineering teams. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, organizational design, and the implementation of scalable HR policies.

Requires 6+ years of experience in HRBP or related functions within a fast-paced technology environment. Must possess deep knowledge of North American employment law and experience supporting technical organizations.
