Job summary

Flexible registered nurse position providing patient care in skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in skilled nursing communities, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, and supporting unit operations. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff while documenting care and following safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

Applicants must hold an active Iowa RN license and active CPR certification, and have at least 12 months of verifiable RN experience. They must be able to travel among Care Initiatives communities in their region and live within a reasonable driving distance.
