Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with high-level service, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, and performing in-store automotive services such as testing and installing vehicle parts, batteries, and wipers. The role involves customer interaction, operational tasks, and some local driving, requiring multitasking, customer service, automotive knowledge, and bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through stocking, inventory counts, and performing basic vehicle services.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts Knowledge Battery Testing and Charging Bilingual (Spanish) Cataloging Systems Communication Customer Service Driving Installation Skills Multitasking Vehicle Troubleshooting

Candidates must be able to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
