Job summary

A hands-on leadership role overseeing data center operations, including setup, maintenance, and team management at facilities in Texas. Responsible for deploying infrastructure, managing vendors, and leading technician teams to ensure operational excellence and support a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

You will lead data center operations at the Allen and Fort Worth facilities, overseeing tenant fit-outs and managing the deployment of high-density GPU infrastructure. Additionally, you will build and mentor a high-performance team of technicians to ensure operational excellence and 24/7 system uptime.

Qualifications

cabling, power, cooling basics data center operations incident response infrastructure knowledge installation and troubleshooting operational procedures preventive maintenance rack and hardware setup team management vendor management

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in data center operations and 2 years of direct people management. Proficiency in data center infrastructure, including racking, cabling, and power distribution, is required along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
