Job summary

The Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health provides specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting, overseeing patient care, performing assessments, educating patients and families, ensuring compliance, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting clinical workflows, with a focus on patient-centered infusion care.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care by administering infusions and injections while monitoring treatment responses and documenting clinical notes. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care coordination.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license and board certification (AANP or ANCC), along with BLS certification. Experience in an ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic is preferred, with a strong proficiency in IV skills and clinical documentation.
