Job summary

Seeking a compassionate and independent PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will conduct health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct nursing care including wound care and medication administration in patient homes. They will also educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.

Qualifications
