Responsibilities

The role involves providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle to fulfill client duties under CDM 2015, ensuring robust arrangements are in place for effective health and safety risk management. Key duties include advising project teams on CDM 2015 requirements, reviewing project documentation like PCI and CPP, conducting site inspections, and leading accident investigations.

Candidates must have proven experience in a health and safety advisory role within a construction environment, coupled with strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and client responsibilities. A Level 6 Health and Safety Management qualification and CDM-relevant training such as SMSTS or NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety Management for Construction are required.
