Job summary

The role is for an experienced Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, developing recruitment marketing campaigns, and promoting employer branding within a regional healthcare-focused organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through digital platforms, managing ATS records, supporting screening and onboarding, and working closely with internal teams to support workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard exceptional Care Professionals across the region. Develop creative marketing campaigns and build community connections to drive business growth and maintain talent pipelines.

Qualifications

ATS systems candidate onboarding candidate screening candidate sourcing compliance knowledge interviewing recruitment recruitment marketing relationship building social media recruiting

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and recruitment marketing is required. Candidates must have knowledge of recruitment compliance, including Right to Work and DBS checks, and be proficient in using ATS and digital attraction methods.
