Job summary

Seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support upmarket expansion and build operational infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing account-based systems, implementing AI workflows, managing systems, and improving marketing processes across Europe. Collaborate with sales, data, and engineering teams to scale marketing efforts and optimize account operations.

Responsibilities

Build and improve marketing operations frameworks, including campaign workflows, account scoring and segmentation, lead routing, reporting, and Sales handoffs for Mid-Market and Enterprise growth. Own HubSpot workflows and integrations, drive practical AI adoption, and establish documentation, governance, and data quality standards in partnership with Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Engineering.

Qualifications

Account Management AI Automation Data Analysis HubSpot

Candidates should have strong HubSpot workflow and automation knowledge, experience building ABM and MQL-to-MQA processes, and a track record of partnering with Sales Ops on account, territory, and handoff strategies. They should also bring experience with attribution, lifecycle marketing operations, account intelligence tools, data validation, and scalable go-to-market operations for Mid-Market or Enterprise expansion.
