The Service Advisor serves as a trusted interface between automotive dealership customers and service technicians, providing vehicle maintenance recommendations, explaining repairs and costs, managing appointments, and building customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary connection between clients and the service team to deliver a premium BMW ownership experience. Coordinate with certified technicians, manage repair orders, and provide transparent communication regarding vehicle maintenance and costs.
