Job summary

Assist in preparing, cooking, and maintaining high standards in a military catering kitchen, supporting chefs, ensuring food safety, and managing stock.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Chef will assist in the preparation and cooking of meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness. They will also support the wider team with stock management, production schedules, and delivery handling.

Qualifications
