Job summary

A Team Leader role in brain injury rehabilitation, responsible for supervising support staff, maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting individuals in gaining independence, based in Aylesbury at a specialized residential center.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader will supervise and develop a team of support workers to ensure high-quality care and support for individuals with acquired brain injuries. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with quality audits, managing staff performance, and fostering professional relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

care support communication food hygiene health and safety legislation knowledge

Candidates must have previous experience in a care or support environment and possess or be willing to work towards an NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care. Strong communication skills and knowledge of relevant care legislation and health and safety standards are required.
