Job summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides in-home patient care, focusing on hands-on nursing duties, developing client relationships, and managing care plans for clients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics, in a flexible, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Build strong relationships with clients and their families while delivering compassionate and reliable care.

Qualifications

CPR home care nursing patient care

Must be a graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program with a current nursing license in good standing. Candidates are required to be CPR certified.
