Job summary

Ramp is looking for an SMB Sales Development Representative to be an entry-level outbound sales professional. You will research, qualify, and engage prospective finance leaders through multi-channel outreach, build meaningful conversations, and support sales pipeline growth. Key skills include communication, research, customer outreach, CRM use, and basic AI fluency. The role requires curiosity about business challenges, resilience in a high-volume environment, and a builder mindset.

Responsibilities

You will source and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach to finance leaders. Additionally, you will manage prospect data in Salesforce and use consultative discovery to explain the value of Ramp's spend management solutions.
