Job summary

Support the mechanical and electrical preparation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Inline inspection tools used in pipeline inspection services for oil and gas pipelines.

Responsibilities

The Shop Technician is responsible for the mechanical and electrical preparation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialized pipeline inspection tools. They will also manage shop organization, document maintenance activities, and assist with equipment loading for field deployment.

Qualifications

Blueprint reading Computer skills Diagnostics Electrical Electromechanical Electronics/Soldering Mechanical Preventative maintenance Tool handling Troubleshooting

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of hands-on technical or electromechanical experience. A valid driver's license is required, and a post-secondary diploma in a technical field is highly preferred.
