Job summary

Support actuarial team with underwriting, reserving, and pricing analysis for specialty insurance.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the actuarial team with underwriting, reinsurance, and pricing tasks, including quarterly reserving and loss ratio projections. They will also assist with budget support, SEC documentation, and merger and acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

Actuarial Science Analytical skills Communication skills Data analysis Excel Mathematics Microsoft Office Organizational skills

Candidates should be currently studying Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with at least 60 completed hours and a 3.0 GPA or higher. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
