A current New Jersey CNA certification in good standing is required, or an out-of-state certification eligible for approved reciprocity, along with a high school diploma or GED. Experience in long-term, post-acute, geriatric, or dementia care is preferred; candidates must also be able to communicate tactfully and confidentially, handle the stated lifting and mobility demands, and receive a flu vaccination during flu season.
