Job summary

Provides care management for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, focusing on assessment, treatment, coordination, and advocacy to promote positive outcomes and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provides care management services, therapeutic interventions, and clinical care coordination for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to develop individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy along with appropriate Ohio licensure. Candidates must have experience managing behavioral healthcare for children and families and possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
