Job summary

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering inpatient hospital nursing care, using clinical knowledge, judgment, and the nursing process to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to inpatient ICU patients, using clinical judgment and the nursing process to assess needs, prioritize care, and support safe, high-quality outcomes. Coordinate with patients, families, and interprofessional teams; contribute to education, mentoring, leadership, and continuous improvement of patient-care systems.

Qualifications

Requires a current state or eNLC Registered Nurse license, Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire, and two years of registered nursing experience. A bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher is preferred; the role also requires competent clinical practice and regular charge nurse and/or precepting responsibilities.
