Job summary

Providing patient assessment, care planning, and delivery as part of a collaborative nursing team at Nazareth Hospital, focusing on evidence-based and individualized care for all ages.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify individualized care plans while performing complex patient-care procedures. Collaborate with the care team to provide evidence-based care and achieve patient outcomes for patients across all age groups.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current Pennsylvania or compact-state Registered Nurse license are required; a BSN is preferred. Prior acute-care experience is preferred, and BLS certification is required.
