Job summary

A summer internship program at BNY Mellon for students interested in operational excellence, business management, governance, and innovative solutions within a global financial services organization. Responsibilities

The intern will support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office, including conducting research and tracking project deliverables. They will also assist in identifying process improvements, documenting business procedures, and supporting AI-driven operational solutions.

Qualifications

AI and Automation Business Management Governance and Controls Process Improvement Project Coordination Reporting and Metrics

Candidates must be enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business or technology and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must be graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 and possess the ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
