Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will oversee food preparation, ensure hygiene standards, support and lead the team during service, and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently and every dish meets high quality standards. Maintain strict hygiene and safety regulations while deputising for the management team when necessary.
