Job summary

The role involves creating and managing technical learning content, product documentation, videos, and interactive exercises to help users understand cybersecurity products, particularly focusing on attack surface management, threat hunting, and critical infrastructure monitoring. The candidate will translate complex technical details into engaging learning experiences and collaborate with various teams to improve product enablement and user understanding.

Responsibilities

You will develop and manage interactive learning content for the Censys Academy LMS, including courses, videos, and capture-the-flag exercises. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product documentation and ensure content remains accurate and aligned with product updates.

Qualifications

Capture-the-flag (CTF) Exercises Content Development eLearning Platforms Instructional Design Product Documentation Security Concepts Technical Product Knowledge Technical Writing Video Editing Tools Video Production

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development, preferably within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment. Strong skills in translating complex technical information into engaging learning experiences and proficiency with LMS platforms are required.
