Job summary

The Accounting Intern works within the Accounting department to assist with the recording, analysis, and communication of the financial results of the Company. Primary responsibilities include bank and financial account reconciliations, review and recording of financial activity, assisting with the lot acquisition process, and assisting with the calculation of home sales prices.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Intern is responsible for supporting the Accounting department by performing bank reconciliations, reviewing financial transactions, and assisting with financial reporting and the lot acquisition process.

Qualifications

Candidates should be enrolled in a university, preferably pursuing an Accounting degree, with computer skills in MS Office and good communication abilities. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
