Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor oversees and provides clinical supervision to staff, ensures compliance with treatment standards, and improves client outcomes in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and operational oversight to clinical staff, ensuring services follow treatment models, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Review records and outcomes, support staff development and recruitment, guide responses to complex cases, and collaborate with leadership on quality improvement.

A master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field and at least three years of post-licensure clinical experience are required.
