Job summary

The Room Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to high standards, leading and inspiring the housekeeping team, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, customer service skills, and previous supervisory experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met. Leads and inspires the housekeeping team while collaborating with external providers to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

Attention to detail Creativity and flexibility Customer service Knowledge of hospitality systems (e.g., Micros Fidelio Opera) Leadership Motivational skills People management Positive attitude Teamwork Training and development

Requires approximately one year of experience at a supervisor level with a strong eye for detail and natural leadership abilities. Proficiency in Micros Fidelio Opera or similar front desk systems is considered an advantage.
