Job summary

The Care Assistant role involves supporting vulnerable clients in their homes through companionship, personal care, medication assistance, nutrition, housekeeping, mobility support, health monitoring, social engagement, emotional support, documentation, safety and emergency response, and collaboration with healthcare teams. No previous experience required, emphasizing empathy, reliability, communication skills, and a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

You will provide personal care, companionship, and mobility assistance to vulnerable clients to help them live independently in their own homes. Additionally, you will manage medication, prepare meals, and maintain accurate documentation regarding the client's health and well-being.

Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle to travel between client locations. You must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
