Responsibilities

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for implementing and managing the Predictive Maintenance and Mechanical Integrity programs across manufacturing sites. They will drive equipment reliability improvements, perform root cause failure analysis, and manage asset management strategies.

Qualifications

Data Analysis Equipment Evaluation Infrared Thermography Mechanical Integrity Oil Analysis Predictive Maintenance Root Cause Analysis SAP CMMS Ultrasound Analysis Vibration Analysis

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 10 years of relevant experience in predictive maintenance and mechanical integrity. Proficiency in SAP CMMS and knowledge of industry standards like ASME and API are required.
