Job summary

The UK Pilates Lead will develop and manage Pilates programs, lead instructor recruitment, and collaborate on innovative initiatives to enhance member experience. Requires extensive Pilates teaching experience, leadership skills, and a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve Mat and Reformer Pilates programmes while driving participation and member engagement through data-driven insights. Lead instructor recruitment, training, and development while ensuring high-quality standards across all club locations.

Qualifications

Data Analysis Leadership Member Engagement Mentoring Pilates Program Development

Requires a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification with a Reformer specialism and at least five years of group teaching experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a commercially minded approach to program management.
