Responsibilities

The People Business Partner will oversee employee relations, training, and organizational design across multiple sites. They are responsible for implementing the People Strategy and driving culture and engagement within the business.

Candidates should have strong HR experience in a multi-site hospitality or retail environment. A CIPD level 5 qualification is preferred, along with a deep understanding of employment law and case management.
