Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are needed for full and part-time roles to provide direct patient care, medical assessment, medication administration, and support for individuals with disabilities. No prior experience required, but valid LPN license, driver's license, and access to a vehicle are necessary.

Responsibilities

Assess medical regimes and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities to maximize their health and safety. Maintain medical charts, order medications, and ensure compliance with DPH regulations for medication storage and administration.
