Responsibilities

Provide medical and medication oversight for adults in community-based group homes, including training staff in safe medication practices and responding to emergencies. Maintain compliance with medical and medication regulations, keep required documentation current, and train staff on health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Communication Compliance Computer Skills Crisis Intervention Fluent in English Medical & Medication Oversight Mental Health Support Staff Training Teamwork

An active Massachusetts LPN license, a driver's license, and a reliable car are required; an active Massachusetts RN license is preferred. Experience supporting mental health needs, clear communication, basic computer skills, and teamwork are also sought.
