Job summary

As Lead Recruiter at Lila, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for various functions including corporate development, Product, Finance, Legal, People, and Marketing, partnering with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and closing offers. This role requires extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, and market analysis, with a focus on high-growth startups or competitive markets, especially in technical and G&A functions.

Responsibilities

The Lead Recruiter will own end-to-end recruiting for commercial, business, and G&A functions while partnering with senior leaders to define hiring plans. This role involves driving sourcing strategies, managing interview processes, and advising leadership on market conditions and compensation.

Qualifications
