Job summary

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to lead growth in the US market by selling complex IT services and solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients in Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Healthcare sectors. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, solution selling, leveraging industry networks, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with global delivery teams. The role requires a proven sales record, industry network, expertise with delivery models, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth and revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Healthcare sectors. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex IT services and custom solutions using a global delivery model.

Qualifications

C-suite Presentation Client Relationship Management Global Delivery Model Industry Network in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare IT Services Sales Microsoft Office Suite Negotiation Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge in Financial & Healthcare Sectors Remote Work Adaptability Solution Selling

Requires at least 3 years of experience in IT solution selling with a proven track record of meeting $2M+ annual quotas. Must possess an established network of decision-makers in the financial or healthcare industries and experience with onshore/offshore delivery frameworks.
