The position is for a new graduate RN resident joining Cleveland Clinic's Neuro Stepdown unit, providing direct nursing care to patients with neurological conditions. Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) resident, you will participate in a year-long residency program providing direct nursing care, guided by a success coach to develop clinical judgment and complex nursing skills. Key duties include establishing patient care priorities, responding to patient health risks, seeking consultation when necessary, and accurately documenting in medical records.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications require graduation from an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), along with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the AHA. This position is targeted towards new graduate RNs or those with less than one year of RN work experience.
