Responsibilities

Analyze corporate clients’ financial needs, prepare client presentations and financial models, and support the structuring and execution of investment banking transactions. The role requires FINRA SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications, strong quantitative and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and attention to detail.
