Job summary

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex product development programs from early planning through commercialization and launch. You will define the program structure, bring together technical, business and customer requirements, and provide the direction needed to turn complex ideas into successful products. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, bringing clarity to complex programs and guiding experienced cross-functional teams. You will influence both technical and commercial direction, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior leaders to support effective decision-making. You will also play an important role in shaping go-to-market and launch strategies, ensuring that customer needs, business objectives and product development plans remain connected throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead complex product development and commercialization programs from early planning through launch, establishing program architecture, integrated plans, priorities, and cross-functional alignment. Manage risks and dependencies, guide technical and commercial trade-offs, shape business cases and launch strategies, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

Requires a degree-level qualification or equivalent education and relevant experience, along with significant program or project management experience, ideally in complex new product development and commercialization. Candidates should understand integrated planning, risk management, and phase-gate development, and be able to lead cross-functional teams, connect technical, business, and customer needs, and communicate clearly with senior audiences.
